Sponsoring applicants for Regular Membership
1. Be Sponsored by two OIYC Members (not member and spouse).
2. Prospective member shall be introduced by sponsor at one Club function before proposal for membership.
3. Sponsor obtains 'Membership Proposal' instructions from the Membership Secretary (Application form: see forms for download below).
4. Return completed Membership Proposal with a check for the initiation fee and dues.
5. One Sponsor or a member of the Board presents the Membership Proposal at a Meeting of the Board of Trustees who serve as the Membership Committee.
6. The Board votes to accept the candidate.
7. The applicant becomes a member at that time.
Sponsoring applicants for Junior Membership
1. One OIYC Member Sponsor.
2. Written recommendation of the training organization.
3. Sponsor obtains 'Membership Proposal' instructions from the Membership Secretary (Application form: see forms for download below).
4. Sponsor presents the Membership Proposal at a Meeting of the Board of Trustees who serve as the Membership Committee.
5. Payment of Junior Membership Fees.
6. Attendance at a Club Social Function is waived.
