NOTICE OF RACE
The Orcas Island Yacht Club and the Friday Harbor Sailing Club invite you
to participate in the 23rd annual, “ROUND THE
COUNTY” sailboat race, to be held November 6th and
7th, 2010. This race circles the San Juan Islands
archipelago that comprise San Juan County Washington, offering one of the most beautiful racing venues available. The course is
often challenging, with numerous islands marking the edge of the
course, a wide range of wind conditions experienced through the two
days, and the very confusing tidal currents that careen around
Islands. Please come join us for a great sail.
